About:

This program allows command line access to the MATPLC.
It does so by connecting to communications oriented IO.
It then allows users to login and interact with simple
commands. The user accounts in the 'passwd' file can be
administered using the 'admin' program.

- increase the security model, at present plain
  text passwords are transmitted.
